DESCRIPTION:Join us for our all day Cinco de Mayo celebration at Bonfire in Middletown. We are kicking things off with a special food menu\, holiday-inspired cocktails\, and beer specials for the event. \nHere is what you can expect! \n🍺 Beer Specials \nWe are debuting two new beers on draft and to go. Lime Cubed is our newest collaboration with Mortalis Brewing. This crispy pilsner features lime 3x using Motueka hops\, lime juice\, and lime zest. We’ll also have our latest desert style stout creation\, Churro Puffs on draft and in bottles to go. Churro Puffs takes our EQ base imperial stout and adds cinnamon\, cacao nibs\, and marshmallow. \n  \n🍹 Cocktail Specials: \nWe know sometimes you’re in the mood for a cocktail\, so the Bonfire team will be bringing back the Photon Paloma\, South St. Michelada\, and the Margarita 28! \n  \n🌮 Food Specials: \nOf course\, you may get hungry while hanging out with us. Along with our regular menu items\, the kitchen will be turning out some rad specials. \n•Birria Tacos: Brisket Tacos with consommé and smoked gouda \n•Sopes : Pulled pork with smoked tomatillo salsa\, queso fresco\, and fried onions. \n•Quesadilla: Smoked turkey quesadilla\, poblano mole\, cotija cheese\, radish\, and avocado. \n•Smoked Mexican Street Corn: Smoked corn on the cob smothered with sauce\, cotija cheese\, and cilantro \n🎸 Live Music: So Many Roads joins us at 7pm! \nThe event itself runs all day on 5/5 from open until close!
