Along with our award-winning craft beer served from our 24 tap lines, we specialize in low-and-slow barbecue prepared on our two authentic stick burner smokers. We also offer live-fire catering options to custom meet your event needs. Our food program focuses on live fire cooking. Ingredients: local wood, steel, time, and the best local products we can source.  This approach stems from the 6+ years that brewmaster Pete Oates spent in Austin where he fell in love with Central Texas BBQ.
