All our beers are derived from Research and Inspiration to produce our Equilibrium Series. More Series may follow depending on where Research and Inspiration take us.
Equilibrium
These beer recipes were subjected to countless iterations and currently reflect our state-of-the science brewing knowledge. Typically these beers start in the Research and Inspiration series and are then, in a sense, promoted.
Research
This is where we learn how a beer changes in response to fluctuations in fundamental process, ingredients, and flora/fauna. We experiment with how these elements interact to ultimately create the drinking experience we want.
Inspiration
Inspiration to brew a beer comes from our surroundings. These beers are inspired by an experience, a place, or the desire to share a beer with a special person close to us.
