Valentine’s Dinner at Bonfire

Valentine’s Day is right around the corner; have you made plans for that special someone yet? Make reservations to join us for Valentine’s Dinner at Equilibrium Bonfire. Choose an option from each course for a prix fixe price of $79 per person. Beer, wine, and cocktails will be available à la carte.

Margarita Oysters:  Wellfleet Oysters (6) Margarita “Mignonette”

Smoked Delicata Squash Bisque: Coconut, Ginger crema, Crab

Porcini Risotto: Calabrian Chili, Parmigiano Reggiano

Course 2 (Choose One)

Smoked and Braised Veal Osso Buco: Creamy Saffron Polenta, Pinot Noir Reduction

Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes: Melted leeks, Smoked Tomato Burre Blaanc

Crispy Confit Leg of Duck: Savory Gruyere Bread Pudding, Blood Orange Reduction

Penne with Delicata Squash: Pesto Cream, Spicy Walnuts, Parmagiano Reggiano

Course 3 (Choose One)

Trio of chocolate truffles: Salted Caramel, Ancho Chili, Orange Hazelnut

Crispy Apple Gallette: Cinnamon  Creme Anglaise, Ice Cream     

We will be open all day, but our special menu will be served from 5–9 p.m.
