If I’m coming to visit the taproom, do I need to place my order ahead to pick up cans to go?
You can shop our retail area which features packaged beer to go at your leisure after enjoying a visit to our taproom. No need to purchase ahead.

If I place an order on your website for pickup and I’m unable to make it, is my order safe?
Although it’s best to try to stick to your requested pickup day and time, we understand that things come up and priorities change, we will hold your order for you for an additional day or so If needed. If you need more time than that, please email retail@eqbrew.com

What’s the maximum amount of beer I can ship for the flat rate?
We can ship up to 12 4-Packs/Two Cases in a shipment. Ordering bottles as well? One bottle counts as 1 4-Pack.
How long does it take for my order to ship?
It can take up to 2 business days for our team to process and pack your order depending on how busy they are. You will receive tracking when your order ships.
How do I know my order has shipped?
You will receive tracking via email from UPS once shipped.
How long does it take for delivery?
Once your order ships it usually arrives in 2-4 business days depending on what State you reside in.
Do I have to be home for delivery?
Yes, because we are shipping alcohol, UPS will only deliver to someone 21+ and require a signature.
Can I modify my order once placed?
Our team is busy and we get a large amount of orders daily. To keep things running smoothly, once orders are placed they cannot be changed or modified, nor can a shipping address being changed after the label has been created.
What happens if I’m notified that my order was damaged and being retuned to Equilibrium or my package arrives damaged?
We pack beer with as much care as possible, but sometimes accidents happen. Please email retail@eqbrew.com and we will look into your order and either refund you or get another box out right away.
Can I combine shipments with friends?
Unfortunately, we are unable to combine multiple orders into one shipment.
