This Saturday 11/2, starting at 3PM at the brewery, we will sell cans of VitaminM(Sea)³, our collaboration with Vitamin Sea Brewing (10.0% ABV TIPA). $22 per four pack. Limit 1 case per person, limit subject to change.
Ocean Physics spans from small millimeter-scale turbulence to big-scale global circulation (like the label) and even applies to fish tanks in your living room. For this beer, we payed attention to smallest detail while thinking of a big TIPA that you can enjoy in your living room and possibly in your fish tank if you have too many. Thanks Ocean Physics. When Dino and Mike visited Middletown a few weeks ago to follow up on the collab we did with Vitamin Sea at their place, VitaminM(Sea)², we set out to make a triple as smooth as the most gentle ocean waves.
VitaminM(Sea)³ starts with a base of oats and wheat to help the beer remain soft and creamy before being aggressively hopped with citra, mosaic, wakatu, and galaxy. It pours a hazy bright straw yellow and has intense notes and flavors of assorted citrus, lemon & lime, and a dank and earthy lemongrass. It has big #EQjuice with an extremely soft smooth finish. It’s dangerously drinkable for a triple and will slip you into meditative state as you are reminded of the sounds of the sea as the ocean boost your brain power… or helps you drink in a fish tank.

On Saturday, 10/26 starting at 11AM we will be joined by our new neighbors, Oak & Reed to release our collaboration beer, In The Reeds. The team from Oak & Reed Downtown will be in our taproom from 11AM- 1PM serving a complimentary sample dish that will showcase what you can expect when they open just a few steps away from our brewery here in downtown Middletown. They will also be raffling off a gift certificate to their place!
Oak & Reed is a new restaurant coming soon to Middletown, NY that will focus on elevated comfort food and contemporary cuisine. Ingredients will be locally sourced and sustainable with an emphasis on supporting local farms and businesses. With such a similar mission to work with local businesses and showcase all that Middletown has to offer, it made sense to join forces and work on a beer together.
In The Reeds (6% ABV) is brewed with Honeybrook Farms honey (Pine Bush, NY), hibiscus, and conditioned on lime zest to create an elegant and balanced farmhouse ale with great characteristics for food pairings. It pours a copper honey color with pink accents. In the Reeds has vibrant aromas of floral and earthy honeycomb, light fruity hibiscus, tea leaves, sauvignon blanc, and tangy fresh squeezed lime. This dry, tart, complex, and layered ale is perfect on its own or as a companion with for meal with good company.
We will be selling two size formats this Saturday 10/26, starting at 11AM; 375ml bottles at $8 each, limit 3 bottles pp and 750ml bottles at $12 each, limit 6pp. Limits subject to change.

E=MC², and C is the universal symbol for the speed of light. We based this beer off of our beloved Photon pale ale but amped up the hop ratios and gave this beer our Energy treatment. This method improves aroma, enhances flavor and body by pulling the most out of from each hop.
C pours a bright straw yellow and has a beautiful nose that wafts up as soon as the can is cracked open. Balanced and luscious, it has deep flavors of stone fruit, pineapple, and mango thanks to the increased hopping rates. You’ll notice a super soft crushable mouthfeel and a finish that builds up and exits at the speed of light.

BGE is everywhere these days. That low-key cool that can’t be simulated, replicated, or duplicated. You keep that confidence Biggie while gnoming that ego Smalls. Do you have BGE in you? Andrew came to visit and we BGE’d a base of oats and white wheat with a giant dose of citra in the whirlpool. We then dry hopped it with citra, enigma, and strata (our first hop from our 2019 crop). This years strata is dank! Big Gnome Energy pours a vibrant hazy yellow and is dank, juicy, and soft with notes of gooseberry, tropical fruits and cannabis. It finishes with a welcomed bitterness for balance and luscious EQ juice finish.

Vador… Drink… You’ve been defeated by a Space Ball. Learn the power of Madagascar Vanilla and Milk Sugar from Yogurt to use the Schwartz and combat Dark forces on the Moon of Vega. This beer is ‘Ludicrous Speeds’ (released 07/18) Father. It uses the same hop bill of Citra, Galaxy, and Mosaic but at a whopping 8 lb/bbl. Moon of Vega is thick fruit punch creamsicle saturated with tropical fruit and citrus with EQ juice leading the way into dunkaroo frosting parfait finish. We think you’ll enjoy this one. May the Schwartz be with you!!
… There is an even larger
space ball in progress..
This Saturday 10/05, starting at 11:30AM at the brewery, we will be selling cans of Einstein’s Favorite (10.5% ABV TIPA). $24 per four pack. Limit 1 case per person, limit subject to change.
When we hosted Energy Evolution Day a few weeks back, we had a fun idea to treat a keg and mimic what was said to be Albert Einstein’s favorite dessert, Sticky Orange Cake. It was an attendee and staff favorite so we decided to make a bigger batch to be able to bring it to you in canned form. We took our lactose forward Energy Evolution as a base, tweaked it with some of our favorite hops and added a massive dose of Florida navel orange zest and Madagascar Vanilla beans. This dessert themed beer has bright notes and flavors of tropical orange and assorted citrus, sweet frosted vanilla, and a smooth creamy EQ juice finish. It dangerously smooth and comes together as a gooey orange sweet cake Grandma would have made for you growing up.
More to come..
