We used Particle Physics to manipulate Photon, and turn theoretical physics into reality. We took Photon, upped the ABV to 5.5%, and hopped it at the rate of the fractal series with a citra forward hop bill. The result is an intensely hopped but low ABV crushable American Pale Ale with a beautiful full mouthfeel. It pours a very hazy orange, releasing well-blended notes of dank apricot, tangerine, peach, mango, and pineapple. It tastes of soft juicy tropical fruits and hop resins. This drinking experience is further enhanced with a soft and billowy mouth-feel with a disappearing finish!

It pours with a dense white head and pale golden color and has soft floral and crushed biscuit aroma. The flavor is elegant and crispy with an earthy grassiness and extremely clean finish with just a pleasant bitterness to round it out. We are excited for you to try our latest iteration of our blossoming lager program, we feel it’s a perfect companion for easy drinking summer days. #lawnmowingbeer

Straight Outta The Southern Hemisphere is a beer conceptualized during Pete’s Aussie adventure. It starts off with a Citra whirlpool and our Straight Outta The Laboratory fermentation process. We then finished it with an abundance of Southern Hemisphere hops. Citra, Nelson, Galaxy, Enigma, Riwaka, Waimea, Moutere, and Hort 4337 to be exact.
SOTSH pours a vibrant and bright yellow and has aromas of candied papaya, pineapple, and grape. With its masked ABV and bold flavors of citrus, papaya, white grape, lime, and green apple, it pours like a liquid fruit salad. Its body is thick and luscious with a bright #EQjuice forward finish. This beer should transport you to the beaches of the Southern Hemisphere in just a few sips.
We still have two more beers today coming down the line today….

Fractal Moutere/Citra pours a hazy straw yellow with aromas of mango, lime, and cranberry. The flavor follows with notes of deeply saturated citrus-mango fruit roll up, lime and berry. The finish is crisp with an #EQjuice punch. Fractal Moutere/Citra offers an exciting interplay of hops in summer crusher form.

A beer made to remind us to keep optimistic, we were really happy with how Half Full came out. If you’ve been following along, you know EQ wouldn’t be EQ if we didn’t scale up something we love. After chatting with Johnny we decided it was time to get both the EQ juice and Snake Fruit finishes in one cup again and remind everyone to stay optimistic. We upscaled the Half Full base, used Citra/Galaxy whirlpool (Hi Sexier Fluctuation!), and we finished it with a dry hop of Citra, Galaxy, Sabro, one of our new favorite hops: BRU-1, and a touch of lactose.
Full Full pours a vivid yellow with a juice forward nose. Robust and bright flavors of tangelo, papaya, lime and stone fruit lead the way with a touch of coconut. The buildup of creamy flavors morph into our notable #EQjuice and #Snakefruit finishes. We hope this luscious and flavorful liquid helps remind you to keep optimism high as we continue to get through these times together. We will also be re-releasing the last half of this special EQ/D96 glass made to commemorate one of earliest relationships Equilibrium has formed. These can be picked up in person or shipped from the merch section of our website.
Fractal 4337

We will have this available with options for curbside pickup at the brewery or delivery throughout New York, Pennsylvania, Washington D.C., Ohio, Nevada, New Hampshire, Vermont, North Dakota, and Virginia!
Fractal 4337 investigates a new yet to be named experimental triploid aroma hop developed by New Zealand’s Plant & Food Research: HORT 4337. Fractal 4337 pours a resinous-hazy-straw yellow releasing aromas of fruit punch, lemon balm, citrus, and dank grass. The taste is balanced with notes of dank lemon, pineapple, passionfruit, grapefruit, and grassy fields. This beer is soft and rounded with a light bitterness at the finish. A summer crusher that drinks easy and is a true thirst quencher.
Enigmatic
on June 22, 2020 No commentsSpinning into your Friday at Noon, we are selling Enigmatic (10.0 % ABV TIPA) at $22 per four pack. The Tasmanian Devil graces the label of our next beer. It’s one of the pictures from Pete’s photo album titled “Straight Outta the Southern the Hemisphere” (💡). The Tasmanian Devil is the lore of Looney Tune legend although they do not really spin around like the cartoon character, they can be outrun by chickens, they normally cannot see 3 feet in front of their face, their eyes reflect red (like a devil), and they throw incredible temper tantrums when hungry. Enigmatic indeed.
Enigmatic starts with a base of white wheat and oats before a big citra whirlpool. We then generously dry hopped it with Enigma and Galaxy. Enigmatic pours a glowing bright tangerine with an aroma of tropical citrus, pineapple, and earthy berry.
Big flavors of tangerine, pineapple, pinot gris, and, berry lead the way into a dank tropical fruit twist flavor from our signature #EQjuice profile. A few cans of this smooth and incredibly delicious concoction may have you dizzy.
There and Back Again
on June 22, 2020 No commentsFor fun and for the first time, we did a small bottle run (~320 bottles) of dry hopped There and Back Again back in October of 2019. We will be selling it at $13 per 750ml, no limit. We will have this available with options for curbside pickup at the brewery or delivery throughout New York, Pennsylvania, Washington D.C., Ohio, Nevada, New Hampshire, Vermont, and North Dakota, and Virginia.
This dry hopped 100% Brettanomyces fermented ale has been one of our favorite draft beers since we opened do to its bright tropical expression and it serves as the base for many of our fruited versions. We’re happy to bring you the dry hopped version for the first time. There and Back Again is a tale of a spontaneous fermentation, isolation, confiscation, rejuvenation, mutation, and finally perturbation. This sour American Wild Ale, is a collaborative effort with our dear friend Dr. Jason Rodriguez. We took our house “honey badger” mixed culture (no saccharomyces) and allowed it ferment over several months before dry hopping it with a touch of citra and galaxy. We then bottle conditioned it for almost 8 month prior to today’s release. It pours a hazy golden yellow releasing bright notes of pineapple, pink grapefruit, lemon, and passion fruit with an undercurrent of pleasant funk. It tastes is sour and juicy with similar notes as the smell with a nice dry finish.
Vulgar Display of Flower

Vulgar Display of Flower (8.5% ABV) is a tribute to an aggressive yet balanced assault on the senses. It blends East-meets-West coast DIPA with our own Equilibrium twist. It is dry, bitter, piny, resinous, yet remains smooth, juicy, and drinkable. This concoction displays the hop flower’s assertive yet delicious nature with an #EQjuice finish.
dHop2
on June 17, 2020 No commentsToday at noon, we are happy to bring back a favorite, dHop 2! We will be selling cans at $20 per four pack, no limit. We will have this available with options for curbside pickup at the brewery or delivery throughout New York, Pennsylvania, Washington D.C., Ohio, Nevada, New Hampshire, Vermont, and North Dakota, and Virginia.
dHop 2 is a 8.5% DIPA that investigates the interplay of an intensive Mosaic and Citra forward hop bill and our SOTL hop process. It pours a very murky tangerine color, releasing notes of orange juice, melon, and earthy grass. The taste is highly resinous, dank-citrus, honey-dew melon, and blueberry with our signature #EQjuice keeping the sip bright and refreshing all the way through to the finish.
