This Saturday Dec. 9th from 11:30 AM to 6 PM, we are releasing two cans at one case limit of each per person.

The first is Fractal Citra/Mosaic, which investigates the interplay between Citra, Mosaic, and our revised hopping processes. Fractal Citra/Mosaic pours a resinous-hazy-straw yellow releasing complex aromas of dank citrus, passion fruit, berries, earthy grass, and tropical melon. The taste is resinous, dank pineapple juice, touch of pine, and ends with a slightly creamy mouthfeel and a firm but rounded bitterness. ($16 per 4-pk)

The second is Vulgar Display Of Flower, which is a tribute to an aggressive yet balanced assault on the senses. It blends East-meets-West coast DIPA with our own Equilibrium twist. It is dry, bitter, piny, resinous, yet remains smooth, juicy, and drinkable. This concoction displays the hop flower’s assertive yet delicious nature. ($18 per 4-pk)

Starting this Saturday 12/9, We are extending our hours during Saturday releases at the request of some of our customers who plan on attending releases by some of the other great breweries in the Hudson Valley. This should hopefully help give people a more relaxed window to have a mini “beercation” on Saturdays.
In general, we have finalized the installation of our crowler machine and will have crowlers available this weekend, Saturday 12/9 (11:30am-6pm) and 12/10 (11am-3pm) and plan on being open going forward starting Thursday 12/14 with the following hrs:

Thurs: 4:00 – 8:00 PM
Fri: 4:00 – 8:00 PM
Sat: 11:30 – 6:00 PM
Sun: 11:00 – 3:00 PM

Note: during off peak hours we will offer tastings of our beer. Pints for onsite consumption will not be available until we finalize our taproom plans. Please stay tuned.

In addition to our collaboration with The Answer, this Wednesday 11/22 we have bottles of Casey Passionfruit for sale from 10AM- 12 PM and from 3 PM – 5PM at the brewery for $18 per bottle, 6 bottles limit per person, limits subject to change.

Casey Passionfruit is a sour farmhouse ale built by the inspiration to share beer with people close to heart. She is pale, sour, delicate, and complex with a bit of pleasant funk. Casey was refermented on passionfruit at a rate of more than 2 lbs of fruit per gallon for several months. The result is an intense passionfruit character boosted by the expression of our microorganism. This beer is unfiltered, unpasteurized, naturally carbonated and will continue to evolve over time if properly cellared.

New tasting glasses (6.5oz) will be available Wednesday 11/22 at the Brewery during both release sessions. $5 each, no limit.

Thanksgiving is a moment to gather, be thankful, and share things with people close to heart. We asked. We took a poll. We listened. As a result, this Wednesday 11/22 we are going to SPLIT our release to make the most people the most happy. We are going to take our allotment of cans and bottles and split them — to be released at both 10am-12pm and 3pm-5pm. We will treat this like two separate releases; i.e., two Saturday-style events but closer together.

The first beer we’re going to release is “Can It All Be So Simple,” which is our first collaboration with The Answer at $20 per 4-pack, 1 case per person, limits subject to change. This is a 8.2% DIPA brewed with Galaxy and Mosaic. Our friend, Brandon, from The Answer came up to brew with us. We shared unique brewing philosophies and made them synergistic to construct this DIPA. It pours a hazy tangerine orange and releases bright notes of pineapple and blueberry with an aroma that mirrors the balanced and drinkable taste.
