Starting today and moving forward we will have growler limits. Two growlers of each beer either 32oz or 64oz up to six growlers total. We will assess how it works and change if needed. Thank you in advance and hope to see you at the Brewery.

on March 1, 2017 No commentsWe have two events this weekend: The Burger Loft on Friday, March 3rd and The Well on Saturday, March 4th. We will be at both events with lots of our beer as well as debuting Fluctuation – our citra forward DIPA and hoppiest beer to date. We do not anticipate Fluctuation being available except at the brewery and aside from special events (tap room opening details to follow soon). The beer list follows:
1) Photon – American Pale Ale – 4.8%
2) MC^2 – DIPA – 8.0%
3) Fractal Citra – IPA – 6.8%
4) Vulgar Display of Flower – DIPA – 8.0%
5) Casey – Farmhouse Ale – 6.0%
6) There and Back Again Apricots and Peaches – 6.0%
7) Fluctuation – DIPA – 8.2%
Please stop by and share a pint!
Fractal Citra
on February 28, 2017 No commentsFractal Citra is the second release from our small-batch Research Series. A fractal is something simple at the core yet can produce wonderful and amazingly complex results. The fractal series only uses pale malt and a straight forward hop bill (simple). We will use these beers to investigate how different hops and hop combinations manifest through our processes, allowing us to optimize both our use of hops and our hopping techniques.
Fractal Citra pours a hazy-straw yellow releasing aromas of bright tropical passion fruit, pineapple, lychee, and hint of mango (complex). The taste is resinous pineapple juice with a slightly creamy mouthfeel and a firm but rounded bitterness. The menagerie of characteristics makes the name “Fractal Citra” warranted indeed.

on February 21, 2017 No commentsVulgar Display of Flower is a tribute to an aggressive yet balanced assault on the senses. It blends East-meets-West coast DIPA with our own Equilibrium twist. It is dry, bitter, piny, resinous, yet remains smooth, juicy, and drinkable. This concoction displays the hop flower’s assertive yet delicious nature and hits draught accounts this week. Enjoy.
