This Saturday 05/04, starting at 11:30am at the brewery, we are happy to introduce two new beers, Experimentum and Imperium (both 8.0 % ABV). $20 per four pack, limit 1 case of each beer, per person. Limit subject to change.

Latin for Experiment and Control, we used a very simple grain bill on each beer and utilized one of our favorite hop bills in symmetrical fashion. Here is the difference, one beer was made using our state of the art hop science procedure while the opposite utilized a different hop vendor and an experimental twist we used in dHop 16. (We like dHop 16 a lot). This gives you an accurate side by side comparison of some of our latest processes we use at the brewery. As we are treating these beers like an experiment (science rules!), we would love to hear your take on both. Using the hashtag #eqhopscience when you post, tell us which beer you liked better and why. Was it the Aromatics? Juicier flavors? Smoother finish? Softer mouthfeel? This Thursday (05/02 at 4PM) at the brewery, we are happy to drop our new American Pale Ale, Particle Physics (5.5% ABV) at $16 per four pack. Limit 1 case per person, limits subject to change.

We used Particle Physics to manipulate Photon, and turn theoretical physics into reality. We took Photon, upped the ABV to 5.5%, and hopped it at the rate of the fractal series with a citra forwardHop bill. The result is an intensely hopped but low ABV crushable American Pale Ale. It pours a very hazy orange, releasing well-blended notes of dank apricot, tangerine, peach, mango, and pineapple. It tastes of soft juicy tropical fruits and hop resins. This drinking experience is further enhanced with a soft and billowy mouth-feel with a disappearing finish that has made this the new go to pale ale for the Equilibrium crew, especially now that the warm weather is season is upon us.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
