Originally brewed to commemorate batch 300 of beer made on our Henry Street system, we brought this beer back and brewed it at our new South Street facility. We used Strata hops with some support from a favorite hop, Citra. This beer pours a bright hazy yellow and has an aroma of passion fruit meets pot. Flavors turn into a battlefield of tropical fruits including; mango, passion fruit, melon, fresh berry with an underlying citrus flavor. Prepare for glory upon finish, which is a tropical build up showcasing our #EQjuice, which never surrenders.

For this batch, we used a Galaxy and Simcoe mix for both whirlpool and dry hop while applying our energy process for a fractal-based IPA.

passionfruit, citrus, peach rings, and earthy pine with a full creamy mouthfeel and a balanced bitterness on finish.

A randomizer chose Jeffrey Fischer’s Escape Velocity as the next beer from our Community Juice Series. Escape Velocity is the minimum speed needed for a free, non-propelled object to escape from the gravitational influence of a massive body such as planet Earth.
We started with a base of Wheat and Oats and a hop bill of Citra and Simcoe before a heavy dose of hand-picked Nelson and added just a touch of lime zest.
Escape Velocity pours a beautiful bright yellow with aromas of fruity citrus, lime, and grass with flavors of orange, pine, Riesling white grape, berry, and lime in a creamy and delicate finish. This beer is bright and luscious with a dank mineral finish with infinite crushability.

We grew up eating Toasted Almond bars from that music-playing-magical truck that used to visit the neighborhood. Almond Pop starts with a viscous base you have come to love from EQ Stouts before an adding an absolutely massive amounts of slivered almonds, which were toasted in house at Equilibrium Bonfire. To round out the flavors, we then added Marshmallows, Madagascar Vanilla, Cake Mix, and lactose. Almond Pop pours a viscous pitch black with a tan head releasing notes of wonderful childhood memory. Toasted almond ice-cream pop and candy birthday cake flavor coats the tongue with the perfect balance of nutty, meets sweet, meets creamy, meets decadence.
