This Thursday (05/02 at 4PM) at the brewery, we are happy to drop our new American Pale Ale, Particle Physics (5.5% ABV) at $16 per four pack. Limit 1 case per person, limits subject to change.

We used Particle Physics to manipulate Photon, and turn theoretical physics into reality. We took Photon, upped the ABV to 5.5%, and hopped it at the rate of the fractal series with a citra forwardHop bill. The result is an intensely hopped but low ABV crushable American Pale Ale. It pours a very hazy orange, releasing well-blended notes of dank apricot, tangerine, peach, mango, and pineapple. It tastes of soft juicy tropical fruits and hop resins. This drinking experience is further enhanced with a soft and billowy mouth-feel with a disappearing finish that has made this the new go to pale ale for the Equilibrium crew, especially now that the warm weather is season is upon us.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

This Saturday 4/27, starting at 11:30am at the brewery, we are happy to introduce Absolute Zero Flucs (8.0 % ABV). $20 per four pack, limit 1 case per person. Limit subject to change.

Absolute Zero Flucs utilizes a Fluctuation base grain bill and our largest charge of citra hops to date with a large dose of citra cryo hops that were created close to ‘Absolute Zero’, the coldest temperature possible in the science world. Despite this beers frozen origins, it will transport you to tropical temps on first sip. It pours a vivid yellow and has an aroma of intense citrus fruits and lime along with a flavor profile of fresh orange juice, pineapple, passion fruit and an undertone of lychee. The finish is resinous, extremely smooth with a buildup up of some of the highest level of #EQjuice to date keeping it both bright and refreshing.

This Saturday 4/20 starting at 11:30am at the brewery, we will be selling bottles of our collaboration with @horusagedales, Peregrinas. $16 per bottle, limits set at 6 bottles per person, limits subject to change.

Peregrinas (6.5% ABV) is our homage to peregrine falcons, peregrine peaches, and the freedom to wander. Peregrinas is the second beer we made with Kyle during his visit to Middletown last July. This tart farmhouse ale was brewed with 20% spelt and slowly allowed to ferment and sour for over 6 months on peaches. The beer pours a bright yellow and instantly fills the air with a beautiful peach aroma supported by light hay and lemony straw. Peregrinas is light and spritzy with complex prominent peach flesh flavor along with a snappy tart peach skin flavor on finish. We found this beer to be perfect to enjoy with the warmer weather, spring brunches, or time with family and friends. The beer has been conditioned for several months, is unfiltered, naturally carbonated and will continue to evolve over time if properly cellared.

This Saturday 4/13, starting at 11:30am at the brewery, we are bringing you another new beer, Relative Rates (8.1% DIPA) at $20 per four pack. Limit 1 case per person, limits subject to change.

Relative Rates it’s a continuation of our dC/dt line of beers, which explores how something changes relative to the rate of change of something else with goal to understand and tune the process that give rise to our EQ juice.

Relative Rates uses a blend of modern hops and pours a hazy bright yellow. We get whiffs of tropical fruit, citrus, sweet tangerine and weed on nose. It’s flavor is tropical fruit, big citrus, plenty of melon with and undercurrent of faint strawberry. The finish is resinous but starts off soft before the juicy undertones take the lead. Think warm breeze, bright sun and beach drinks made of OJ, Melon and Berry with our signature #EQJuice profile.

This Saturday 4/13, starting at 11:30am at the brewery, we will be introducing Energy Level (8.4% DIPA) at $22 per four pack. Limit 1 case per person, limits subject to change.

We took all the Energy in MC²’s hop bill and brought it to a level of 9 lbs/bbl using our Maelstrom of Saltstraumen Whirlpool technique.

Energy Level pours an intensely hazy glowing tangerine color and has an aroma of passionfruit, mango and peach fuzz. It tastes like a dank tropical smoothie with notes of mango and guava. The body is thick and chewy while the finish is a tropical juice explosion from our signature #EQjuice finish.

This Saturday 4/6, starting at 11:30am at the brewery, we will be welcoming back A New Level of Science and Flower (8.5% DIPA) at $22 per four pack. Limit 1 case per person, limits subject to change.

At 9 lbs/bbl of hops, A New Level of Science and Flower is the hoppiest beer we make at EQ. A New Level pours an intensely hazy glowing tangerine color releasing a penetrating hop blast of dank tropical mango, pineapple, pine, apricot, and earth. The taste is blended tropical fruit that showcases our #EQjuice finish with a gummy body and a firm bitterness for balance.
We will also have a freshly canned batch of MC² ready for you.

This Saturday 4/6, starting at 11:30am at the brewery, we are happy to introduce dHop 16 (8.2% ABV DIPA) at $20 per four pack. Limit 1 case per person, limits subject to change.
Simcoe, Mosaic and Citra lead the way for a new experimental dry hop technique in the latest iteration of our dHop series.

dHop 16 pours a vibrant tangerine color and has an aroma of sweet citrus fruit, grass and earth. The succulent flavor explodes with bright citrus, juicy tropical fruits and earth. The new dry hop technique gives this beer an enchanted pillowy mouth feel and citrus brightness as the #EQjuicebuilds up on finish. This beer is juicy, extremely drinkable and quite frankly, thirst quenching. 🥤

This Saturday 3/30, starting at 11:30am at the brewery, we are happy to introduce Laboratory Waves (10.2% ABV TIPA) at $22 per four pack. Limit 1 case per person, limits subject to change.

Science and experimentation continue here at the brewery and we are happy to bring you something new. Laboratory Waves has everything you love in SOTL with a balanced amount of lactose added, creating a beer with an even softer and creamier finish. It pours a hazy and very bright tangerine with aromas of freshly squeezed citrus, lime and grapefruit and a tropical fruit character and an overall aroma that mimics island tiki drinks. The flavor is absolutely tremendous with notes of bright tropical orange juice, mango smoothie, and dank grass. The finish is constantly evolving in your mouth as it goes from an escalating brightness beaming with our signature #EQjuicemorphing into a soft and creamy tropical fruit flavored popsicle with a touch of sweetness. This may be the smoothest TIPA to come out of our lab yet!

Also this Saturday, starting at 11:30am at the brewery, we are happy to introduce Cold Fusion at $20 per four pack. Limit 1 case per person, limits subject to change.

Cold Fusion (8.0% DIPA) is Cold Fusion Energy from E=MC2, we took our MC² recipe and hit it with a massive dose of Cryo to make it our largest dry hop addition per pound to date. It pours hazy orange in color with an aroma of mango, pineapple and apricot with notes of citrus and fresh squeezed OJ. Cold Fusion tastes like a tropical juice drink composed of Mango, Apricot and assorted citrus fruits. The finish on this beer is highly resinous and gummy, it also contains a radical amount of #EQjuice!

We also packaged a new batch of Photon, maybe our dopest yet!
